The DBC board has decided to keep the 2018/19 club fee the same as last year across most age groups, with a decrease in club fees for Life playing Members and Masters playing Seniors. Any small increase in overall fees is due to increases in BA/BV association fees.

Players must be registered and paid by Round 1.
