Dear Members,
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Doncaster Baseball Club Incorporated will be held at 6.30pm on Thursday May 24 at Doncaster Baseball Club – Deep Creek Reserve.
The ordinary business of the AGM will be:
- Confirm the minutes of the last AGM
- Receive, from the Board, financial reports for the 11/12 Financial Year
- Elect Office Bearers and regular Board Members
- Elect Life Members, if applicable
- Fix members subscriptions for the ensuing Financial Year
Special business as noticed in writing to the Secretary by any Member by 17 May 2012 for consideration at the AGM
Nominations for the following positions are invited from Members of the Doncaster Baseball Club:
- President
- Executive Vice-President
- Vice-President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- General Board Members (up to 5max – dependent on portfolio responsibilities)
