On 1st June 2011 the Doncaster Baseball Club held its Annual AGM at which the Board Members were voted in for the upcoming season.
Firstly, I would like to thank the outgoing members, Julie Mitchell, Rob Mitchell, John McDonald and Lana Holien who have been instrumental in making the club what it is today and look forward to their continued valuable support and assistance throughout the coming year.
The 2011/12 Board members are:
- President: David Medlin
- Vice President: Vacant
- Secretary: Vacant
- Treasurer: Lesley Rutherford
- General Board member: Lachlan Craven
- General Board member: Amy McCann
- General Board member: Mick LaMotte
- General Board member: Michael Pound
- General Board member: Lance Burns
- General Board member: Xavier Gleeson
- General Board member: Vacant
Congratulation and thank you to our new board members, Michael Pound, Lance Burns and Xavier Gleeson for putting their hands up and contributing to the Doncaster Baseball Club.
As you can see we still have vacancies on the Board for the Vice President, Secretary and one General Board Member position.
Anyone that would like to be involved as a member of the Board is encouraged to contact David or any other Board member. It would be great to get more people involved with the Club and spread the workload and get some new ideas.
We look forward to driving The Doncaster Baseball Club forward in what is going to be a very exciting year.
