Congratulations to Lachie & John as MVP's, to Gary and Vince as our Best Batters, to Paul (and myself) for the Managers Awards, and to Geoff who gets to hold our perpetual Slugging Award for the next twelve months.
Thanks to all of you for your participation throughout the year, it has been a great learning curve once again and I am confident we've come a long way to be better prepared for a bigger season next year (hopefully with three teams and a stronger presence in B Grade).
Special thanks go to Gary and John for managing the two sides so well, to Dale and Mary Jo for being our ever reliable scorers throughout the season, to the McGraths who are pivotal in our junior program (our seniors of the future!), and to the Cliffs who kept the club stocked and so well prepared each week.
Best wishes to those of us who are now heading into what is probably the biggest Summer season we've ever had, and also to the guys heading off to other commitments outside of baseball who we look forward to seeing same time next year.
